Hello!

I'm from the hilly country of North Eastern Ohio. My family is pretty new at this whole backyard farming thing. What had started out as four rabbits for my three younger siblings' 4-H projects has evolved in less than a year to be a mini-farm, complete with 19 hens, 20 (I think) breeding rabbits, and my sweet (spoiled rotten) Alpine goat, Rosie.

Over this last year I've learned so much. There have been so many ups and downs, joys, disappointments and even tears when the animals I've grown to love have died. It's a lot of work and hasn't been easy, but I am so glad it's become my life.

Welcome from Northern Minnesota! I have 2 Alpine goats too and used to raise Rabbits and soon to have poultry and other birds hopefully.

My wife and I drove to the Pocanos in Pennsylvania for our honeymoon some 14 yrs ago. You can almost see the divide from hill country in your state to the flat country we are used to before we entered back into Indiana.
