Will a Jersey cow eat goldenrod? Our field has LOTS of that, and we are pretty close to purchasing a small (50" tall at the shoulder) Jersey cow, 2 years old with a calf. So I was just wondering if a Jersey will eat goldenrod, and if they do, if it would make a different taste in the milk.
