Start checking for udder development and when she begins to udder up (here it's usually about 30 days prior to kidding, then go on baby watch. :)

Have you wormed her yet? Sometimes the worms can make them get a potbelly. What type of goat is she? When I get a new goat they get their feet trimmed and wormed before going in with the others and also put in quarentine for at least 3 to 4 weeks. From the sale barn you can pick up lots of diseases. Safer to keep them apart. A paste wormed wont hurt her and will clear out some worms.
Like lilhill said keep a eye on her udder.

Is this your first goat? I have rescued a couple and they got "rounder" when their rumens started working and even rounder when they had access to fresh green stuff. So if she's your first, you might not be used to that look. Is she bulging more on the left side? Just a thought. Hope she's not preggers, she is a bit youngish.
