KY- 4 year old Dutch Belted Cow

Vet checked open, worming, vaccinations and ear tag done at vet. She is dehorned and easy to handle but has been running with beef cow herd so needs work with becoming milk cow. $900 in KY

Sounds good and nice to have someone on here with a Dutch. Nobody knows for sure but the Galloway belt almost certainly came from a Dutch Belted

No papers on her, she was bought along with Belted Galloways and I have a beef cow herd. So I'm keeping the Galloways and selling her. She could be mixed, I don't know... Was told she is a Dutch Belted by the seller as well as the vet.

We liked our Dutch Belted steer, who was EXTREMELY nice to handle, do things with.

The milk is supposed to have tiny fat globules, adding to the easy digestability and makes prize winning
cheese. We have a nearby Dutch Belted dairy farm who is contracted to sell all their milk to
a specialty cheese factory by Ann Arbor. They make various artisanal cheeses, had a big write up in the Detroit
Free Press this summer, along with other specialty cheese producers in Michigan.

Several customers at the various stores buying cheeses, sure were enthused about the products!
