At first the guy said there lion heads but then the more I talked to him the more he was saying mini rex was mixed in and something else that has long hair. I really felt bad for all of his rabbits. He kept acting like he was going to give one to the dogs "wanna rat" "wanna rabbit" no joke there was fur and bones on the way back to the car. I wanted to buy them all :( He said they are about 5 weeks

The females are sisters but the male is from different parents.

People like that give rabbit breeders a bad name. :(

The gene that causes the lionhead coat is dominant. If you take a Lionhead and breed it to anything, some of the babies will have lionhead coats and I suppose might be considered Lionheads. Sounds like what this guy is doing. 5 weeks is a bit too young to be sold, IMO, but ears that long on 5-week-olds make me think they'll be freakin' big Lionheads when they grow up. They'll be cute pets, though. Congrats!

The parents did look big. He also had Holland lop. So he might have mixed that in also. How long should you wait to separate?
