Overrun with beasties
We are in Western WV and my dh and I want to add large black hogs to our farmette, but are having trouble locating a breeder anywhere close to us. Any suggestions? We want a registered pair that can be bred to each other, we are sure of what we are getting.
If we can not find large blacks, we are looking for another large breed that has a good disposition, not too bad to dig up the pasture, probably we will slaughter a few for meat for us and our extended family and try to sell the rest. Any other breed suggestions?
