Maybe Babies??

We had no idea that our doe was coming into season then 2 days ago our buck which is a month older than our doe started the signs of a billy goat, u know those signs. Then yesterday she was all about the buck rubbing all over him and sticking right with him then he was trying to do the deed and im pretty sure he got the job done 4 times that I saw. Is that normal and is it pretty clear that we should have babies on the way?

Yes, sounds like she was definitely bred.

Yep, unless she didn't settle during that breeding and comes back into heat again. I have two does that have short heats after the intitial breeding and have to be rebred. One I had to rebreed 7 times before she finally settled.
