Mini Cow breeders in VA?

I am going to be getting a miniature cow sometime. I would like to bottle feed her but need to find a breeder. Anyone know someplace within a few hours of C'ville? Also, any advice on raising Minis would be much appreciated.

What breeds are you interested in? Dexters are the smallest but aren't technically mini cows because they have always been that small.
