What age/ages do rabbits moult? We've had rabbits for 4 years now and I've never seen a difference in the rabbits coats. I'm used to chickens looking naked during a moult so maybe I'm thinking "chicken" and not rabbit. We've got some 9 week old and 13 week olds and was just thinking about this this morning.

My bucks have a heavy moult once a year, and it lasts awhile. Apparently your not supposed to breed when they are moulting. My does, will shed a bunch of fur every now and again, but nothing major like the bucks.

I've heard you shouldn't use the buck in moult too, but.......my Hank is always in moult and so far he's fathered every time I've use him.
