Get a creep feeder.
Ditto that. A creep feeder is the best to use for the calf, as the calf is the only one that can get in and out of the fenced area and eat what he wants when he wants without have to compete with the other cows. Those cows can be real greedy, and some type of fence that allows calves-only to access a feeding area is the best for your situation.

It is going to be hard to feed hay to her without the other cows getting it because she is going to want to eat hay throughout the day. Like mentioned you will probably have to constuct a seperate pen that is open small enough for only her to get into and not the other calves.

If you want a way to feed her grain that she will eat up quickly away from the other calves, you can always halter break her and bring her out of the pasture and tie her up to eat and then let her back out into the pasture after she has finished. Unfortunally this won't work with hay since they do not eat it all in one sitting.
