If its clear, I'd say bacterial infection, however, it could be Bordetella, but is less likely.

If its yellow-ish, I'd say Paturella.

I would like to clarify one thing. Bordetella is what the rabbit has, as it IS a bacterial infection.

They are carriers for life, so most cull. If its for backyard meat raising, you could treat, breed, then cull.

To treat, I THINK it's 0.5 cc for every 3 pounds of body weight twice a day of sulfatrim.

I wouldn't rush to killing all your rabbits. I think the description merits a little more information first.

How long has it been this way? Is it just a day or so or has this been going on for a while? Was it just after feeding a bunch of hay or anything (possible allergy to hay dust).

Check the front legs and see if the insides have matted fur (from rabbit wiping its nose).

Give us as much information as possible about the situation. Then a more logical GUESS can be made.

Just watch them for the next few days. Maybe put some ACV in their waters as an extra kick and protection. It may be nothing. Here's hoping! ;)

Also, how much clear stuff? Is it just a tiny bit where you have to really look or is it running all over their noses?
