It's called red urine, and I realize that it is orange, but the name applies to dark yellow, orange, and red. It's completely normal. It is usually caused by one of the following, but not all rabbits experience this:

1) Eating carrots, spinach, or other veggies containing a particular substance.... Forgot the name

2) Eating fir leaves

3) on antibiotics

4) the most likely candidate for cause... After the first cold spell of the winter.

It's caused by the overproduction of urine pigment and is nothing to worry about.

Red, white, clear, yellow, all normal. If you have changed their diet recently, then worry. Otherwise, it's normal.

Red urine is usually normal, and has to do with what they are eating. Usually indicates high protein levels. Try supplementing with free fed grass hay for more fiber.
