I want to build a pallet barn to fit at least 1 steer and I will also use it for sheep and goats I have 75 pallets I need to know what my hxwxl should be

It kind of depends on how many goats and sheep you plan on having, but I would think you could get by with 12 deep, 14 long, and high enough to walk under with out having to walk in bent over, that makes it much easier for cleaning. you might want to have room for a stall for the steer if it gets to pushy with the goats and sheep.

When I first started in sheep, I had a barn with 1 section that was 12 x 48 where I kept a dozen ewes. During a VERY wet and rainy week,resulting in flooding the sheep were inside that area full time. After 12 days , the floor was almost ankle deep in straw + hay+ poop + urine that took 2 full days to clean out. What size of building and number of animals works for average conditions, does not work for more inclement conditions. I would figure out what size that you need for the animals that you have or will have plus their offspring , then at least double it . :old

I will be housing them at separate times I just need one big enough for a full grown steer the sheep will be in one year and steer another what size 12x12 14x14 or something else
