We have a few goats as well as poultry and will be getting a cow before too long.We want the critters to have a pasture to graze on. I was wondering what plants would be good for the cattle and what the goats would enjoy? We do live in Phoenix AZ so any plants would need to be abe to survive in temps over 110*F. We currently have Hairy Vetch, Amaranth, Buckwheat, Dwarf Essex Rape, and Alfalfa seeds. I aslo wanted to know if there are any plants that help to sweeten goats milk? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Alfalfa sweetens the milk. I would suggest talking to your local extension agent. I would have no idea what would be good AZ.
