Piggie pink eye???

My male Tam has red around the iris of both his eyes. His eyes also appear bulgy or swollen (the eyeball part) compared to the females. Should or do I do anything to treat this? Thanks for any help piggie experts.......

Ok so this afternoon it was gone??? Weird because his eyes were REALLY red, not pink. He must have had an allergy or something that stopped bothering him later in the day??? Strange.

Don't have pigs...but allergy might be possible...or something getting in the eyes? New bedding or dusty feed? Don't know...but glad it cleared up!
