Thanks man I tried really hard to keep it muscled while trying to keep a nice layer of fat on it being that it was 291 at the scale I hope my buyer for my 309 pound on likes how I raised it also
That fat is nice and white! IF you trim any off before you cook, save it in a bag in the freezer and render it for lard later. A lot of people shy away from lard and animal fat but it makes the best pie crust.
do you have any before and after pictures M.L McKnight am interested in how your pigs meat looks like because I know you raise them a lot defiantly then I do and am sure it changes the meat
