We recently brought home two new kids who soon showed signs of pinkeye. We treated them with neomycin and they're doing great, but it spread to our very pregnant doe. Now, her eyes are completely clouded over and she can't see. Today will be day three of me treating it with LA-200 directly to the eyes 4 times a day. She doesn't seem to be getting better. Is there anything else I can do for her? Should I give her some LA-200 IM or SQ as well?
I'm scared to death that she'll end up kidding when I'm not right there because she can't see to clean up the kid when it arrives.
Any tips or thoughs on pink eye would help me out a lot.

When treating pinkeye I give shots also when I put it in the eyes. Usually just doing the eyes wont stop it if its a bad case. Yep give her shots for 5 to 7 days.

So do I give her the shots in the muscle or sub-q? Do I give her the LA-200 shots? How many cc's would you estimate a pregnant nubian would need? I have no idea how heavy she might be.
Thanks for the help. I really am at a loss here. It's been 3 days of me cleaning her eyes and putting the LA-200 in the eyes 4 X/day. She's close to delivery and it scares me to death to think of her giving birth, blind, should I not be there.

I have a blind Goat Mamma, she gave birth to her babies fine she licks them and knows where they are. They go by instinct, and the sense of smell.

Our pregant doe just came down with pink eye.. So just double checking.... It is okay to give her LA-200? She is close to kidding. Been bagging up for weeks.
