I've been an avid audio book 'reader' for decades. When I started, I had to check them out from the library... on cassettes! 🤣
Lately I've had a hard time finding any titles that I want to buy & I've started to get more interested in podcasts and it occurred to me - who better to ask about them than the people that I have shared day in & day out online life with 😁

So, if you're a podcast listener, what's your favorite?
Or a few of your favorites?
Any topic - it doesn't have to be just homesteading stuff.

I quickly lose interest in podcasts. Same with most youtube videos. I read fast, podcasts and videos are
S L O W. My mind wanders off to a more interesting place. So, no help to you.

I don't listen to audio books, as my mind wanders and I can't figure out how to rewind it!

I subscribed to Sirius when I got my rental car last week. I was able to listen to talk radio as I drove. You might try a trial subscription to see what you like.

Audio books forever! But yup pod casts too....
Mike Rowe (the Dirty Jobs guy) The Way I Heard It -- there's a ton and you can go back and listen to them
Farmer Fred (though that's all gardening for So Cal)
Wondery has murder mysteries - true.

For people who like business stories, How I Built This was a terrific series on NPR.

Its now on Wondery. Each show is about how Mr/Ms XXX built their biz. Like Commadore computers, Staceys Pita Chips, etc. Fascinating dialogue of the ups and downs and circumstantial events that shaped their company.

p.s. Yes, I know that NPR is left leaning but I do love some of their educational podcasts.

I enjoy either faith based content or home management stuff, whether that's cleaning, decluttering, etc.
I like to listen to Know That We're a Family and Clutterbug. Those are really the only actual podcasts I listen to, though there's a lot of video content on YouTube that's like a podcast that I'll enjoy, like true crime stuff.

I enjoy this one

I also listen to Shawn Ryan, occasionally Joe Rogan, depending on who he interviews, and both Eileen and victor Marx
