Possibility of being pregnant?

Okay guys, I have a problem.
We breed pure mini poodles. Annie and Teddy. I have reason to believe that my little sister took of Annie's dipper(sp?)
And let them breed. She was under the impression that they couldn't get pregnant while they were bleeding and could only get pregnant for a couple days after the bleeding stoped. And I believe Teddy was probably annoying her so she figured let him and he will calm down and leave her alone.
(So not the case by the way he's gotten worse)

We don't want them breed because she just had babies this year and it is in Annie's best interest to breed every other heat cycle.

I have read different theyinformation get like they can pregnant any time during the cycle, after the discharge turns pink, and the couple days after bleeding stops. Right now her discharge is a watery pink and I am terrified she will get pregnant. What is the likely hood she will get pregnant?..like when can they get pregnant?

Oh and my little sister is twelve and plenty old enough to know better.

You can take her to the vet. I believe there is a shot that will terminate a pregnancy. If she is pregnant and you do not terminate the pregnancy, then be sure to provide good nutrition for her. Let us know how she does!

Yes, there will be shots for that... I just can't think of some possibilities that we don't want to continue a pregnancy... I believe we have our own reasons... I'll be so happy if mine is though..
