I came outside this morning and saw that my little runty male sheep has a mass on his back leg. It is firm and not squishy, but I am not sure if it is broken. He is eating and walking, though he tends to favor it a little bit. Any ideas on what I could do, or should I just let it heal naturally? (I’ll try to insert a pic soon as well)

I'm sorry, and thanks for sharing a pic, but I can't determine any "mass" from that pic... If it were broken, I don';t think he'd be walking on it at all... If he's just favoring it, he may have twisted it or torqued it somehow and have a sprain? Is it at the joint or elsewhere?

It is right on the joint, he can bend it as well, so you may be right with the sprain
