I would like some ideas on how to handle prevention of coccidiosis in kids. Currently, I have two 3 week old Saanen kids who are healthy. One vet told us to do nothing so the goats are able to develop an immunity and one vet said to feed Corrid Crumbles mixed with their feed to our entire herd for the rest of their lives. I don't really like either of these options as the first seems too risky and the second seems overkill. I am also reading about Baycox which seems to be working well for some goat owners but the dosage is somewhat unclear. Can anyone provide info on what works best in their experience. Thank so much.
