My does came down with diarrhea last night (Sunday). I think it is from when we let them out to eat weeds Saturday afternoon. Would giving them probiotics help in this case, or should I let the diarrhea run its course? Thank you!

Probiotics won't hurt and can certainly help. Probiotics won't stop the diarrhea per se but it will help balance the natural flora of the GI tract. Electrolytes in their water will also help with dehydration that can be caused by the diarrhea.

But diarrhea is a symptom of something. If it goes away in 24 hours I'd say it's what they ate. But ask some more questions of yourself to make sure you aren't overlooking something.

What color is the diarrhea? What does it smell like?

How old are the goats?

What "weeds" did they eat? Some things are poisonous...
