We have two nubian wethers that are 16 weeks and two gurnsey does that are about 15 and 18 weeks.

Here is what we feed them:

1) 2 cups of grain to the does each morning/late afternoon(the nubians LOVE grain, so we give 1/2 cup because we read grain was bad for them)
2) We just started giving alfalfa pellets morning/late afternoon to the nubians but they hate them
3) Lots of timothy hay all day. They seem to always be starving so we fluff it up a lot so they can get the parts they like.

Occasional animal crackers, which is their food of choice.

Is that what you would feed these goats? The nubians scream like they are starving to death pretty much every hour.

Goats are very food oriented.
I would go by the body score. As long as they are growing and looking good then I would figure they are being fed enough.
Never forget to check eye lids often for degree of pink. If you start seeing less pink its time to submit fecal samples to see why.

I remember the video you put of your goats, and they looked to be well conditioned to me.
About the two wethers. Timothy Hay is a variety that the calcium to phosphorus ration isn't that great. If they would eat the alfalfa pellets it would be a good thing.
