Question about lionhead rabbit

Hello everyone I don't know if this is allowed but I got a lionhead rabbit from someone a week ago and yesterday she decided to rip open one of my pillows and has made a nest with straw the inside of the pillow and some of her fur. I'm kinda new to having a rabbit but have always wanted one. From what I read this could be a sign she's pregnant? I did notice that she was filling fuller as well as her nipples appear bigger. Yesterday and today when I have put some hay down for her she immediately picks up a mouth full and takes it to a box I originally was using for her litter box but she decided to put all her nest items in it. When I picked her up from the previous owner they didn't say anything about her possibly being pregnant but it was clear that all of her bunnies were running in one large cage together. Just wondering what others thoughts were and if I need to be prepared for some babies soon. Thanks
