I have a rabbit who loves attention, but is also continuously digging at my shirt and nibbling at it with her teeth. Is she just showing affection, or is it something else? She eats enough feed, so I don't think she is hungry.

They just like to chew on stuff. I have a friendly doe who will bite at my coat sometimes. I have reached in her cage with a rag to wipe something off and she will bite on it a play tug of war for a bit till I get it back. If I trigger an act of aggression in one of my rabbits it is usually to lunge at me and try to claw me with their front feet than bite me.

This rabbit is all about affection. She has never shown aggression. Thanks for the help!

along these lines how do you discipline them when they chew on stuff they're not supposed to?

I don't discipline them. If I had a house rabbit it might matter but mine aren't. I have only had one rabbit that is generally aggressive. I got her as a weanling and have always treated all my rabbits the same. I try to give them some attention a couple times a day at feeding and watering times. She just never wanted anything to do with me. She is one of my breeders but has only produced two litters both very small. As soon as I wean her current litter she will be replaced.

We have rabbits that could be called showing affection- several of our Californian's will nudge my hand and our French Angora buck likes to snuggle into our arms when we hold him. We also have a couple of does who really are standoffish so I guess it depends on each rabbit :)

It is pretty normal to me, all my rabbits except one do it. Dixie (the rabbit I have as my avatar) does it only when I scratch her right ear. :thumbsup

My Standard Rex are regular cuddle bugs. Especially the bucks. Hamlet, the buck in my avatar, actually tries to get kisses. He'll lean his forehead against your lips until you make kissy noises then he just settles down and cuddles.
