Ready to Ride

It has been a long long winter here in MA we have gotten so much snow ! I am ready to start ridding and having a good time with my horse. I am going to a cattle penning and sorting clinic in March and I cant wait ! Who else is ready to hit the trails?

I've got a tune up dressage lesson Sat.

I plan to do my first endurance/comp ride in April.

I hear ya! I am in Northern British Columbia (Canada), and I am so excited to see a glimmer of pink in the east when I drive to work these mornings! We still have lots of snow, but it is starting to melt off the fields a bit. It is still really icy out, so not really safe for riding yet. But I am itching to get in the saddle!!! Spring is coming (although maybe not for a few months yet... ).

I can undestand Im in Alaska and even with a few rides in the winter Im still going crazy for the first nice long ride...I guess Ill stick to cleaning my saddles for the millionth time

I am in Ohio, had knee surgery 2 weeks ago, couldn't ride for 2 months before that, not that the weather would let me. My Dr. just told me I could ride again! Now to get ready for that 50 mile endurance ride in June!
