First thing I would do is rinse the eye with sterile saline solution to get the eye open. Keep treating till you loosen up the fur around the eye. May have an eye infection. And it's the discharge that has glued the fur. Find out whats underneath. Very important. Hope this helps.milehigh777 said:
Saline solution I use is what my DH uses for his contacts, when he wears them. Get it at any drug store or supermarket. But if the discharge is coming from her nose, this could be Snuffles, which is a cold for rabbits and very serious. Do you have a Rabbit vet? If so, if she was mine, I would take her immediately to the vet and have her checked out.milehigh777 said:
Is she your only rabbit? If not, you need to isolate her from any others until you find out what that discharge is. Pasteurella or "snuffles" is a highly contagious bacterial infection.
