Runny nose in doeling??

Hi, I just got my first goats on Saturday, two doelings, and one of them has a runny nose and goopy eyes. Is this just from travel and relocation stress or is there something I should be doing? I am a total newbie and need any help you can give me please! Thank you, thank you!

It is probably "shipping fever", a generic term for any time a goat is stressed (like during a move / shipping) and a bug of some form takes hold and they get sick....opportunistic bugs love a stressed out goat.

I would start w/ a dose of probiotic paste, and give them both DiMethox for 5-7 days. The DiMethox is a decent antibiotic *and* it will treat them for coccidia, which is the OTHER opportunistic bug that will make a goat sick after a move.

If after 3 days there's no improvement, I'd probably bring in a vet to find out which 'stronger' antibiotic to use.
