Sorry ya are facing such a situation. I have never had a bred female, so I am unable to assist ya with any kind of an answer on this question, but I will tag others that can, @babsbag , @Goat Whisperer , @frustratedearthmother , @OneFineAcre ....there are many more that may chime in, these will be very knowledgeable about this.
Again....:welcome

I'm not sure. I think it would depend on how far into pregnancy.
Why do you think she miscarried?

I've never seen it. I've had one still born and another healthy baby. Or both premature but delivered with some time in between. Hope you have a healthy baby in there. Good luck.

Welcome to BYH.

So, while it can happen, not normal. I have seen it in a horse & shocked....because horses rarely carry twins.
