Scabs on Buck Kid

[Pioneer Chicken]

I was out with my goats and noticed scabs (?) around my almost three-week old buck kid's scrotum. One of the teats is red (see first photo; right teat) Any idea what it is or how I should treat it?

I would spray some antibacterial/antiseptic spray on it
We have fight back that we spray on teats when milking
Chlorehexidine I think it is
I think you can get something called blue kote?
But if you just had some first aid spray or iodine or peroxide I would use that

There are sores and scabs above also ... I am thinking you have a combination of things here. I would consult a vet. Looks like you have a secondary infection.
The Chlorehexidne is a good place to start but it should be seen.
