I gave Sentry his pills this morning. Carson must have thought Sentry was getting a treat. He stuck his nose in Sentry’s face and Sentry let out a deep throaty growl just as I was poking pills down the back of his throat.
DD and family arrived Sunday. Mass confusion reigned. They are leaving today, I’m keeping the two youngest for the week. Sentry stayed in the crate, inside, during the day and outside during the day. He’s feeling better but the heat stresses him.
Sentry’s urine sample is clean. No infection, no blood and no crystals. He is feeling better but I still bring him in for the day. He likes that, getting rather spoiled. LOL
Sentry is banned from the ewe crew. He stole a lamb at 3:30 AM several nights ago, I heard him snarling and snapping at the ewe and went to investigate. I put him out of the pen. Lamb later died. Ewe had another one, ram lamb, so she at least had one baby to raise.
BAD SENTRY!
He’s pretty much back to normal, found another turtle this morning.
Sheba didn’t want to leave the shade of the tree for a turtle.
Buford is Sentry’s #1 Turtle Apprentice!
Oh! Hi Mom! We got a turtle!
Can I help? Can I! Can I huh?
I carried the turtle out in a bucket. Buford escorted the criminal turtle off the field, lest it escape and I needed his Turtle Gittin’ skills.
