hi all just got a 4 month old nz doe and she does not seem overly interested in food have tride her on greens and pellets and am wondering if this is normal when they are settling into a new invirament she has gone from an indoor rabbitry to an outside hutch so it is a big change for her

I would keep her on the pellets and if you have some dandelion greens I would give her a piece of it as it will help her appitite. My opinion is to leave out any other wet greens and let her settle in. I would keep an eye on her though as you just never know. I also give mine a small amount of good quality hay.
Good luck to you.

Can you get a small amount of the feed she's used to? Or find out what it is and buy that kind? It's probably better to switch her gradually if you can.

I would agree too with Citylife. You don't want to give her diarrhea by trying to tempt her with too much wet food or veggies.

I think your on the right track to cut out the greens and give her pellets. Also, remember to give her some good quality hay.
