yesterday I noticed my 1 year old Nigerian weather acting funny. He was really wobbly like hes drunk, but was eating and drinking just fine. He seems really out of it. Usually he follows me around the yard and seemed to have trouble seeing me. But like I said, eating and drinking fine. Has normal poops. We rotate pens for them, the are always on pasture this time of year and get grain occasionally as a treat. I thought maybe he was dehydrated and was able to get him to drink water. Now today he is no better. Still wanders around like hes drunk, stumbly. I thought perhaps he had bloat because his belly was really large, and slightly larger on the left side. I have tried oil and baking soda, his stomach has gone down a little, but is still acting weird. I have tried "burping" him, massaging his belly, and had him burp a little, but nothing significant. He is still drinking fine and wants to eat. He's usually a talkative goat, he hasnt said a peep, isn't kicking at his belly, but he is grinding his teeth. Does this still sound like bloat? or could it be something else? I just want to make sure I'm going in the right direction. This is the first time Ive had to deal with anything like this.

I would call the vet asap.
The sooner you do that the sooner you can get him on the road to recovery. If you wait too long you may lose him.
I don't know alot but from what your saying I would guess it could be something neurological.
He may have managed to ingest something odd. With goats you just never know.
First thing would be to take his temp and his pulse rate. Vet may ask this over the phone.
