Would a 6 pound doe have a difficult time kindling if bred to a 10 pound buck?

Virginia is for Pasture Farmers!
Had a 4lbs doe give birth to 6 babies fathered by a 10lbs buck, she lost 3 of the kits, but it was also her first litter.
It's possible, but not recommended, unless you are willing to risk loose a doe.

The doe is a Florida White and the buck is a mix (unknown breed but believe he is part Californian). :/

I wouldn't want to loose the doe, just waiting for my Florida White buck to mature to breed her to. (My florida white buck is only about 12 weeks old but the doe is old enough to be bred.)

i was thinking it was a 2 not 4 ib difference. we think you probably could but if you don't want to risk it your FW buck should be old enough within 3-4 weeks. florida whites are very fast maturing. maybe even 2 weeks
