I have an adult ewe I got this summer, she is about4 yrs old. Last week or so I noticed her neck was a bit stiff/twisted slightly. She looks kind of like a confused dog and seems to have a little trouble grazing, kind of stiff. But otherwise she is fine and spunky. I've been keeping an eye on her and nothing has changed since I noticed it. My aunt did say the day before I noticed that she had been 'head butting everybody.' Is it possible this is just an injury and will get better or is it likely at his point she'll stay this way? Everyone one else in the herd has been happy and healthy.

Hmmm... She could have got injured with head butting.

We had a ewe lamb born with a stiff next this past spring - she looked really funny. Although she improved as she grew her neck was never quite right so we sold her as a cull. Never did figure out why she was like it but guessing it was from her position in the womb.
