I have a buck that has some sort of upper respiratory infection. Raspy breathing, runny eyes, snotty, sneezing. I gave him VetRx in his water- he won't drink it. He has pellets and hay in his cage. I don't think he's eating. My best home vet experience is with goats. I have b12, b-complex, agrimycin, LA-200, vitamin D, and maybe injectable selenium. Can I give him anything I have to help?

my best advice for you is to put the buck down. IF you have other rabbits it will spread. I know allot of people dont want to put there rabbits down when they are sick like this. He has pasteralla and sounds like he is in his final stages of it.

x2. And completely disinfect his cage and "sneeze range area".

Next question then, how do I euthanize such a large rabbit? Everyone in the herd is already exposed so the likelihood is I'm going to need to put down several. So far only the little babies are looking crusty and snotty. Maybe they will make it long enough to be decent for eating. Do you think the meat processor will take him if he's sick?

VetRX is put in the nostril directly, not in the water. That is why he will not drink.
He needs to be put down--no cure for snuffles will only spread to rest of the herd.
