Exploring the pasture
On May 15th it will have been a year since I've owned her, she was born and raised on a fairy-tale ranch her entire life, and was broke as a two year old then she was just left to sit in the pasture for a year and a half. Daisy is now going to be five May 8th. I've been riding her the past year on and off about twice, or even a mere once a week, because of the hassle it was to go out to the ranch. Just about a week ago I got to bring her home! She is my first horse and it's so amazing to be able to ride and work her as I please now. This journey has been pretty rough and emotional, but I think we're getting somewhere!
I was looking at old pictures and I compared a picture of Daisy I took today to one I took quite a bit ago and I'm pretty dang smitten with these results! (Even though it's not that much of a change she has gained some muscle and I'm proud of her for that.
(I know that in this pic the positions not not the same, couldn't find one the same.)
