strange bumps around Lorenzos eyes......

Lorenzo been a little raspy and crusty eyes... so I started him on some Baytril. I noticed small bumps around both eyes skin. I started feeding alfalfa hay to his mom a few days ago. I just noticed the bumps...was wondering if it might be an allergy or something else......

The bumps around his eyes may be from irritation from the crusty eyes. I would wash them with warm water and just keep an eye on them for now. If you want to put something on, then put some eye antibiotic ointment on them.
