Hurricane Helene just went to a Cat 4 while I was watching the news. It’s going straight up through Georgia, looks like you will get maybe a lot of rain. At least you are on the west side.

We have everything put away that needed it and we are actually looking forward to some much needed rain.

We weathered it fine. We got plenty of rain and a wee bit of wind but other than a peach tree down, nothing else happened.

I went out to look at the down tree this morning and told Teresa that I would knock this one out. About 4 hours later, I guess it sunk in what I had said. She asked me if I was planning on cutting up that tree and I said sure, it isn't that big. She didn't say anything for a few seconds but then she asked if I had forgotten what I can and cannot do? I said what do you mean. She answered with a question about who was going to start the chain saw since I can't, She then asked who was going to hold the chain saw while it cut the tree?

We wound up calling the neighbors son and talked to him to see if we could pay his time to cut the tree up.

Must be feeling alot better for you to forget it for a bit..... Good sign as long as you get "stopped" before you do something you aren't supposed to yet....Way to go, Teresa...

Listen to Teresa! Mr Superman/Bonehead! She is trying to take care of you! You just had surgery, now therapy and you have to give it time to heal. You might feel great, but you could damage what has just been done.
