Is this testing expensive? I'm sure there is slight variation from state to state on how much this costs...but how much money does it cost you? (If you do it, that is)

If you draw the blood yourself and mail it out yourself, it is definitely not as expensive as having the vet out to draw blood. I sent my blood samples to Pan American Vet Lab in Texas and it was only $5 per test. Anotherwards, it was a total of $15 per goat for the tests to be done. I did overnight the blood which wasn't cheap but I can't remember offhand what the charges was.
I did have the vet out to draw blood so it wasn't cheap for me but I don't have help and can't hold a goat and draw blood at the same time.
