Welp on another note with my morals in trying to be civil to try and not cause them to try a court case against me I posted a decent sign 15 days ago.

Coming home yesterday night I wasn’t sure, but thought the sign got ripped off by the high winds. Went and looked for it this morning, found it right at the base of the post buried in the snow. They ripped it down.

Now I know for sure it pises them off I’m going swing the other direction to make sure they can read it and they can’t get it down without effort that catches them on camera destroying my property. Going to put a custom reflective orange metal sign with blanks for dates in large letters you can glance at to see, bolted to a steel pipe then weld the bolts and put the post 6’ into the ground eye level.

This is about what the sign will look like in color and lettering as this is the one I had custom made. Worked very well for trespassers lost and the neighbors. Took it down now I got them trained for most part to stay away to not get in any legal trouble if things had to be done. This sign was reflective at night too.

Trying to make the place more welcoming to others who don't deserve this kind of hospitality that could be potential clients.

Went to tax office today trying to figure out a way to not have to cut 8 checks for 8 different properties, feeling like we are playing our own game of Monopoly out here, Montana style.
Anywho they said since they are all in same area coding they have I can write just one check and they will fix it where I can pay it online and not get my credit card locked cause I'm making 8 different transactions.
Now for the good news is I inquired about Farmstead thing they have in Montana which requires at least 160 acres, but they are willing to make exceptions if you have 25 or more AUM's (animal unit months) in livestock. No poultry doesn't count.
So with that said either I need to buy 14 more pigs or Cracklin' needs to get cracking. With farmstead taxes go from 15.2 per unit or whatever to 2.7 or thereabouts.

I don’t have to prove animal units. I just filled out the agricultural exemption and claimed sheep. This place was already under ag exemption, so it’s just a continuation. Otherwise it’s a 5 year wait from filing until the ag exemption kicks in.

All you need is a few litters of pigs. 😃
