Hello! I was brought here to the BYH thanks to a poll by @Civa asking if we have any other pets besides chickens
The answer for me is, yes! I acquired my current feathery, furry, fluffy flock (and others) as a result of my bleeding heart and inability to say no to animals that give me sad *puppy* eyes or are in need of help. (80% of my "family" are rescues.)
My zoo consists of chickens, a goose, quail of 2 varieties, dogs, cats, small dinosau- erm parrots, rabbits, some fancy mice, an angry squirrel, a lizard, a dove and a turtle with short term memory loss. I do hope to get a few goats and possibly a horse within in the next few years if finances allow. But for now that's my lil urban zoo! Thanks for allowing me to join,
