Im going out of town soon and was wondering if 7 hours is too long for a rabbit to be in a car ? He will be in a carrier and have water of course . The longest I have been with a rabbit in the car was 3 hours .

No, they should be fine. You can travel all over the country with one in your car if you want. They just need food and water.

I moved my rabbits with me on a three day, cross-country home move. They were fine.

I just got a pair of Standard Rex that came all the way from WI to Texas, over three days and multiple vehicle changes. They were fine and are settling in well.
