Use for Whey?

I've made some soft goat milk cheese, and I am wondering if anyone can suggest a use for the whey?

What other animals do you have? You can feed it back to the chickens and pigs.

I believe that you can sprout grains in it to feed to a variety of animals.

Use it to make ricotta cheese.

Someone once told me you can use it as a "pre-rinse" to your hair once a month and then shampoo. Said it strengthens and supplies nutrients to the hair. I've never tried this one, so I can't back it with personal experience...but hey if you wanna try it.

I'm sure that there are other uses as well...
 
You can use it for lactic acid fermentation I think but I've never done it.


I have baked with it in place of milk (I cut it 1/2 and 1/2 with whole milk) Made ricotta. Fed it to the dogs, chickens and pigs.
