I got home this morning from a marathon 1700+ mile trip to pick up my Large Black Piglets... I got two gilts that are almost 3 months old.

And a boar & barrow that are just over 5 months old from a different breeder..

Now if I just had the barn finished so we could move them out to the farm!!

Congrats. Just made the decision myself today to get some Guinea Hogs - Love the Large Blacks, but a bit 'Large' for our needs.

You have invested wisely as demand for Large Blacks is HOT HOT HOT. Your journey was even longer than mine when we got ours a year ago.
Congratulations, good luck and keep us posted.

Congrats! I bought my pigs before the fence was installed around their hut...better get crackin', pigs love to try to get out and roam about ;) Our's escaped a couple of times before we were able to get the electic wire up and running. They sure are fun to watch grow up :)

Congratulations on your new Large Blacks! You will LOVE them! I am biased but I think LB's are the best :) We have raised a few other breeds but are now down to just LB's.

Enjoy!
