How old do my Boer Bucklings need to be to start weaning?

so glad you posted this, was wondering the same thing. I have a nanny that no matter what I do keeps getting to the creep feed and eating it all. I had to separate her and her buckling for right now because I wasn't sure when to wean him. I am assuming 8 weeks is if the are creep feeding well and eating hay/drinking water?

I don't grain feed (creep feed)...so as long as they are eating hay / browse well and drinking plenty of water then weaning at 8 weeks is a good time.

8-12 weeks, depending on circumstances. Babies can eat hay and grain as little as three days.
