What I need for my goats

I do not know what minerals to give my goats. I feed them a scoop of sweet cob morning and night. They eat weeds and whatever else they can get, as well as alfalfa hay.

I don't know where you are located but our local co-op sells lose minerals just for goats. I also think TSC carries a mineral for goats. You can also order minerals from Jeffers and Hoggers.

The major brands make minerals for goats, so if your local feed store doesn't carry them, you can order them throught the store and avoid a huge shipping fee. If they are resistant, offer to pay in advance. The smaller stores are getting stuck with stuff they can't sell, and can't afford that right now. I always pay in advance when I ask for a special order.

Also minerals for sheep and goats wont work either as they need copper and sheep cant have copper. If you cant find minerals for goats get the type for cattle. I have used the before with good results.
