I'm getting 2 or 3 pigs in the fall (October/November), and am trying to think of a few vegetables I can plant this summer that will supplement their feed. I'm planting right where the hogs were raised 2 years ago, so most everything will be harvested before the pigs arrive. I could throw down some cool season crops that they could snack away on to start with.

How about squash? It should keep well enough in the garage over the winter. What else?

I plant green leavy veggies.

Kale, Romaine lettuce, cabbage, Collard greens etc.

I also do carrots and radishes.

I grow corn, watermelon, but uses these as treats.

Mangels are good and have a high-yield. I will be planting peas a month or two before my spring piglets arrive, and you could get a planting in after harvesting your crops, too. They love greens.

Squash and pumpkins are good, too, but check first before planting and see if you can get some free after Oct 31 at your local farms and farm stands. I get hundreds for free in November each year. They don't have to keep....just toss 'em all, or most of them, in with the pigs and they will eat them as they break down. They love them almost liquified!
