What to use on the floor??

Hello,i've decided to move my indoor bunny outside.I'm using my grow out chicken pen.It's has 2 in.thick insulation in the walls and floor.The floor isnt even(it was built with garage door sections) so i was wondering what i could use on the floor so she's comfortable.She's litter box trained so the box is going out with her.Also should i build her a closed in box for her to sleep in.The pen is about 3 1/2-5-6 with an attached run with a roof.Any advice would be appreciated.I've never had an outdoor rabbit.

Is the floor dirt?
That is OK but you have to remember that they will dig.
I have some on dirt and they do great.
