When to re-breed lionhead doe?

I have a single maned lionhead doe who kindled April 12 but the kits died due to sudden drop in temp. How long should I give her before breeding again?

You can rebreed immediately. Pregnancy is fairly easy on rabbits, it's the nursing that takes a lot out of them and that requires recovery time. Since it sounds like she only nursed for 2-3 days, I wouldn't wait more than a day or so before rebreeding, especially because of how receptive they are to the buck immediately after kindling. You may still be on the tail end of that if you rebreed now.
